Inferior Poet

My aunt had house warming two months ago and I urged her to have flower arrangement for the buffet table. She was hesitant since it was additional task for her household help but I told her that all she has to do is give me money so i could buy the flowers to Dangwa.

After my morning shift at work, I headed to Dangwa alone and it turned out that it was the biggest mistake that I made. The flowers and leaves are too heavy for me to carry. No taxicabs agreed to drop me off to Buendia. I had no choice but to ride a jeep, even FX’s seemed to be vanished that day.

I waited for my aunt to pick me up at home so that we could bring the flower to her house at Cavite. Sadly, I ended up commuting again since the car is filled with flowers that I bought. My neighbors were asking id I was planning to sell flowers. Duh?!

I arranged all the flowers and buffet table by myself. It was really a tiring day but it was all worth it when I did see the flower. I love the pink roses and its contrast to its chocolate brown vase.

The long stemmed roses were very romantic. It was pleasing to the eyes.

I forgot to take pictures of the flowers I arranged for the master bedroom, dining, and for the buffet table.

I texted my longtime friend to meet me for lunch. The last time we met was when he came to my house. I was free for that day and I thought that we could meet for lunch. We ended us at Super Bowl of China at Glorietta. It was a day of never ending story telling and reminiscing.

I had my all time favorite lemon chicken while he had beef with broccoli. The food tasted the same as far as I can remember. It was the company was better than ever. It’s really fun and fulfilling day meeting old friends to catch up on our lives.
